A mí me funciona tomar agua conciente que a mayoría de los humanos no identificamos la sed y la confundimos con hambre, ansiedad y angustia oral y hasta mal humor.</content><link rel='edit' Es una regia forma de hidratarse, porque el jugo de las frutas tiene agua destilada, la mejor. &lt;br /&gt;Por otra parte, un nutricionista me dijo que le aflojara con el agua de las comidas. Dice que si tomas mucha agua, se disuelven las encimas del estómago encargadas de digerir la comida. Y entonces, la digestión se enlentece.
